Keto Sausage Balls
Sausage balls are one of my go-to appetizers! I’ve made them at least half a dozen times over the holiday season, brought them to parties and church events, and made them for football game snacks or even as a make-ahead breakfast.
Bake for 22-25 minutes, until they are browned and cooked through.
Some of the grease and cheese will pool under the balls, so you can take them off the sheet and place on paper towels to absorb some of the excess grease if you would like.
Let cool slightly, and serve warm! You can also store in the fridge and serve later - just warm up for a minute in the microwave. These are super easy to make and such a great appetizer.
This recipe is made with almond flour, and is actually a keto recipe and gluten-free, but you can substitute the flour if you like!

The mixer makes it much easier.Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop your mixture using a cookie scoop into small balls. You can do this by hand if you don't have a cookie scoop.
Line them up in rows.Bake for 22-25 minutes, until they are browned and cooked through.
